One minute here, and one minute there

Hello.

We have another update over at The Joystick, who point out that the Amiga favourite Lure of the Temptress is now a freeware download, and offer up a review originally from Abandoneer, as per their new arrangement. I never got too far with that game, there was some bloke who followed you around and to whom you could give orders, but it never seemed to work (probably because I was telling him to do the wrong things).

The DOS Spirit added another classy adventure, Prisoner of Ice. Not played that one myself, but my fave PC magazine of the time rated it highly enough. That magazine, by the way, was PC Zone, which sadly closed down this month after 17 years. So long Zone, we'll miss you!

Finally, more sterling work over at Oldgaming.net, who added Panzer General, Lemmings 2: The Tribes and Fatal Racing. Also, extra credit for streaming the music from Dreamweb on your site - it's awesome-o!

Right. I'll have more this weekend and then next week. Advanced warning: I'm getting married on 18 September and will be out of the country on honeymoon for at least a week after that. I'll ask if someone else can look in while I'm away...
